Overnight Oats

1- In a bowl, combine 1 cup porridge oats, ½ cup Greek yoghurt, and 1 cup milk.

2- Stir in 1 scoop vanilla whey protein until fully mixed.

3- Fold in ½ cup frozen raspberries, 2 tbsp desiccated coconut, and 1 tbsp honey.

4- Transfer to a jar and refrigerate overnight to set.

5- Stir before serving.

PROTEIN RECIPES

Banana Pancakes

1- Mash 1 banana, then whisk in 1 egg, 30g porridge oats, and ½ scoop vanilla protein to form a batter.

2- Spoon the batter into a medium-hot frying pan, flipping the pancakes halfway through cooking.

3- Serve topped with 50g natural yogurt and 40g defrosted berries.

Peanut Butter Protein Drops

1- Gently melt 1 cup natural peanut butter with ¾ cup honey in a saucepan.

2- In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup vanilla whey protein and 1 ½ cups whole oats.

3- Pour the melted peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix well.

4- Stir in an optional ⅛ cup of mini chocolate chips.

5- Roll into balls, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to set. Drizzle with 2 tbsp chocolate syrup if desired.

PROTEIN RECIPES

Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

1- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F) and spray an 8x8" pan.

2- Microwave ½ cup oatmeal with ½ cup soy milk for 60 seconds; let cool.

3- In a large bowl, mix 1 scoop of whey protein, ½ cup Splenda, ¼ cup flaxseed, 2 tbsp flour, 1 tbsp cocoa, ¾ tsp baking powder, and ⅛ tsp salt.

4- Stir the cooled oat mixture, ¼ cup egg whites, and ½ tbsp vanilla extract into the dry ingredients. Spread batter evenly in the pan.

5- Melt 6 tbsp peanut butter (approx. 45 seconds), then drizzle it over the batter and swirl with a knife.

6- Bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into 6 bars.
