Shipping Guidelines
We charge £4.95 for UK shipping. It's important to us that you find your perfect pair of boots, as such we offer free UK returns when you email team@human-potential.co.uk
- Orders placed before 14:00 (GMT) between Monday – Friday will be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 14:00 (GMT) on a Friday, will be processed on Monday
- Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on Monday
- Orders placed over a UK bank holiday weekend will be processed on Tuesday
Standard Tracked Next Day Delivery (Allow 1 Day)
Unless requested otherwise, we use Courier for this service. This service aims to deliver your order the next day if purchased before 14:00 (GMT) and includes full online tracking so you can monitor the parcel's progress. This is a signed for service, so please let us know if there may be any issues with delivery. Should there be no one home to accept the parcel, it will be returned to your local depot and another delivery attempt will be made the next day. On the rare occasion that a second delivery is not attempted, please don't hesitate to get in contact at team@human-potential.co.uk and we will do our best to have it sorted the same day.
Please note that Saturday deliveries can not always be guaranteed.
Standard Delivery (Allow 1-2 Days)
When this option is requested, we use Royal Mail for this service. This service aims to deliver your order in 1-2 working days if purchased before 14:00 (GMT) but does not include full online tracking. This is not a signed for service, meaning if nobody is in it will be either delivered to a neighbour or dropped-off at your local Royal Mail delivery office.
Within seasonal promotional peak periods or during industrial action, shipping times may take longer.
FAQs
How will I know when my order is dispatched?
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your order is processed.
My tracking number is not showing any information?
Please allow at least 12 hours in the UK and 24 hours anywhere else for your tracking information to become live.
My order has not arrived on time, can you help?
We are very sorry about that. Give it 1 more working day, if it still has not arrived please refer to your tracking number to check the status of your parcel. After this please contact us and we will look into the matter further. We can't be held responsible for deliveries that are late, which on the odd occasion does unfortunately happen.
My product got lost and/ or damaged, what can you do?
We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended. Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, as any mistakes cannot be rectified once the item has been dispatched.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed and confirmed we are unable to amend or cancel your order. If you no longer want your order, you will need to follow the returns and exchanges process.
